Dalsin Industries announces changes to board of directors

Bloomington, Minn.-based metal fabrication manufacturer Dalsin Industries has announced the retirement of long-serving board member and co-chair Mark Dalsin and the addition of Diana Dalsin and Jim Glomstad to the board.

“Mark has been a part of this company for more than 50 years as an employee, as a leader, and as member of the board,” said Arnold Angeloni, Dalsin’s board chairman. “With his two brothers, Steve and Dave, he helped Dalsin diversify from its original residential sheet metal business into a metal fabricating job shop and then into a broadly diversified contract manufacturer."

Diana Dalsin, a third-generation family member, has been actively involved in the company for more than 20 years, serving as board liaison to the company’s shareholders and as a working member of multiple committees within the company. Glomstad currently is CEO of Sportech LLC, a Tier 1 designer, manufacturer, and assembler of cab components and systems for the powersports, golf and turf, industrial, and agricultural end markets.
