KKR to acquire Bettcher Industries
Global investment firm KKR has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bettcher Industries, a manufacturer and supplier of food processing equipment and associated aftermarket parts and consumables, from MPE Partners.
Based in Birmingham, Ohio, Bettcher is a provider of semiautomated, hand-held tools and automated equipment for beef, pork, and poultry processing plants.
