Marlin Steel Wire Products acquires BAWFC

Baltimore, Md.-based Marlin Steel Wire Products has acquired the assets of wire handle manufacturer Baltimore Automatic Wire Forming Corp. (BAWFC).

Marlin is hiring all BAWFC staff and moving the company’s equipment into its facility, so that the same equipment, tooling, and team will continue making the pail handles, just in a new location. It plans to expand its factory space by 56% to accommodate the move.
