Mayville Engineering Co. appoints chief HR officer

Value-added manufacturer Mayville Engineering Co., Mayville, Wis., has announced the appointment of Rachele Lehr as the chief human resources officer.

Lehr has a decade of human resource leadership experience in the machinery and manufacturing industry. She previously served as senior vice president of human resources and administration for Briggs & Stratton. Before that, she was a sales controller for Bar-S Foods and held various roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ audit practice.

Lehr holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.
