Quaker acquires Lubricor
Quaker Chemical Corp., a provider of process fluids and specialty chemicals in Conshohocken, Pa., has acquired Lubricor Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of metalworking fluids based in Waterloo, Ont.
Lubricor serves primarily automotive suppliers in North America and Southeast Asia. The company has 30 employees.
