Sargent Metal Fabricators expands in South Carolina

Sargent Metal Fabricators Inc. has announced plans for a $9.5 million expansion of its operations in Anderson, S.C. Scheduled for completion in the first half of 2022, the project is expected to create 50 jobs in the next five years.

The additional 80,000 sq. ft. will allow the company to add a fiber laser cutting and material handling system, as well as assembly areas and a 1,200-ft. automated powder coating system.

Sargent Metal is a provider of precision metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly services.
