Wemo appoints VP business development for Asian market

Wemo, a builder of fully automated metalworking machines for punching, bending, and joining sheet metal and coil, has hired Veikko Moilanen as vice president of business development for the Asian market. He serves China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, the Philippines, New Zealand, and India.

Moilanen worked for more than 20 years at Finn-Power/Prima Power, where he was responsible for system sales in Asia. He later worked at Vaski Oy.
