CML USA offers Marcovil-Stölting hydraulic plate roll bending machines

CML USA Inc. now offers plate roll bending machines as the exclusive North American representative of Marcovil-Stölting. The three- and four-roll hydraulic machines have thickness capacities to 6 in. and length capacity from 19.5 to 236 in. Minimum bending radius is as tight as 1.2 times the roll diameter at maximum thickness and length with proper material specifications.

Features include uniform longitudinal distance along the completed bend and vertical alignment between extremities. All models feature a linear guide system for roll movement, solid steel construction, and frames in S355JR (A572) welded steel. All rolls are independently driven with electronic parallelism of the side rolls and hydraulic overload.

All models feature hardened rolls, a movable control panel, a manual central lubrication system, and safety cable emergency stop system. CNC models feature variable speeds.
