EHW/Eccentric Dual Plunger presses from Sutherland offer capacities to 1,200 tons

Sutherland Presses has introduced the EHW/ Eccentric Dual Plunger guided series of mechanical two-point straight-side presses in capacities from 300 to 1,200 tons. They are designed to handle thick steel plates.

Features include minimal deflection; eccentric weight-balanced main gears on center line sandwiched by dual pitmans; plunger-guided vertical tonnage delivery; eight-point, taper-wedge, full-length slide guides; hydraulic overload; programmable slide adjustment; programmable air counterbalance adjust; and hydraulic overload protection.
