Toledo Integrated Systems’ Maximizer TPC press control can be expanded, customized
Toledo Integrated Systems offers press controls for stamping applications, including small to large presses, both new and old, mechanical or hydraulic.
The Maximizer TPC (Total Press Control) includes a 19-in. PC operator screen, the Toledo Press Pilot 150 clutch/brake controller, and a PLC for integrating standard automation along with user-defined inputs and outputs. The color touchscreen provides information at the machine, giving the operator the ability to save and view drawings, pictures, and part dimensions with the job recipe.
The control interfaces with MaxNet production and downtime monitoring software. Unlike other proprietary “black box” systems, it allows for expansion and customization, the company says, and provides the necessary redundancy and control reliability to meet or exceed ANSI B11.1, OSHA 1910.217, and CAN/CSA-Z142-02 standards.
