Deburring/edge rounding machine available in one-, two-head models

Midwest Automation has introduced the Sidewinder TBr series deburring and edge rounding machines for processing a variety of ferrous and nonferrous components. It is available in 37-in.-wide, one- and two-head models in wet or dry configurations.

The unit removes sharp edges and mild burrs created when fabricating parts with a laser, waterjet, shear, or punch press. Quick-change cam lock toolholders allow the user to run either top brushes for material thicker than 0.050 in. or Scotch-Brite® discs for material less than 0.050 in. thick.
