Deburring machine handles thin sheet to heavy plate

The Weber PT deburring machine is designed for laser-cut, punched, and nibbled parts. It handles deburring, rounding, descaling, and surface grinding of thin sheets and heavy plates. Up to four grinding stations allow for all machining variations. A CBF station can be installed for a perfect surface finish, states the company.

The STC bolt-grinding beam is available for flame-cut and plasma-cut heavy plates. For surface finishing, the company uses its GD grinding roller. A perfect surface finish and ideal deburring are achieved in a single operating sequence, the manufacturer reports. Its MRB brush system creates even machining results along the entire operating width.

Accessibility is improved for maintenance, and the modular design provides flexibility for changing needs. Simultaneous top/bottom machine is optional.
