3D FabLight fiber laser cutting machines process sheet, tube

3D FabLight's products are designed to meet the needs of many different metal fabricators. The company offers laser cutting machines for both sheet and tube, for cutting and engraving, from prototyping through production.
The machines have an accuracy of +/- 0.002 in./ft. The IPG fiber laser has an infinite lifetime and produces a 0.004-in. kerf. Since they use a fiber laser with no moving parts or consumables, maintenance costs are kept low.
The laser cutting machines are available in two models. FabLight Sheet processes sheet metal up to one-quarter of a standard sheet: 50 by 25 in. Vector engrave and raster engrave are included. The pallet pulls out for simplified material loading and part removal, and a clean-out drawer catches small parts. FabLight Tube & Sheet processes round, square, and rectangular tube from 0.5 to 2 in. Standard length is 52 in., while extended length is 80 in. Tubes are tabbed automatically so multiple parts can be cut on the same tube length to minimize waste.
