Horizontal-motion conveyor removes scrap

Prab Inc. has redesigned the Quick Return (QR) horizontal-motion conveyor. It removes scrap or any shape, material thickness, and load from laser machines, plasma machines, and single-press dedicated units. The conveyor also can be used as a transfer system for plantwide applications over long horizontal distances.

The horizontal motion propels material forward without vibration or springs. The design and placement of the drive allows for adaptive design to fit in existing pits. The drive is engineered using standard, readily available components.
