Vacuum cups designed for use with part-present technology

Vi-Cas Mfg. offers a variety of vacuum cups for ergonomic lifters of all types and sizes. When combined with part-present technology, they securely hold heavy loads until the part is properly seated in the next cell, preventing premature load release. Vacuum cups hold the load firmly as additional components are added, thus increasing its weight and orientation.

Round, rectangular, and oval cups are available to fit almost any type of vacuum equipment used for lifting, manipulating, or pick-and-place applications. Accessories such as vacuum valves, swivel joints, and level compensators are offered.
