Grieve shelf oven used for heat-treating parts
Grieve has developed a 400-degrees-F, electrically heated shelf oven for heat- treating parts. Workspace dimensions are 56 by 30 by 60 in. A 1,000-CFM, 1-HP blower provides side-to-side horizontal airflow to the work load, and 15-kW are installed for heat input.
The oven features 6-in. insulated walls, integrally welded construction, channel shelf supports, and nickel-plated wire shelves. Additional features include a 304 stainless steel interior and Trilite Green enamel painted aluminized steel exterior.
Controls include a digital indicating temperature controller and manual reset excess temperature controller.
