VGPNext software from BLM GROUP simplifies programming for tube bending

BLM GROUP USA has introduced VGPNext CAD/CAM programming software for its tube bending and wire bending machines. The graphical user interface offers numerous features designed to help simplify the operator’s job and programming.

Part of the BLMelements software suite, the new product simplifies core functions for user-friendly programming. The user can choose a program from the library using an archive containing images and technical data. Customized tags can be assigned to the various part programs, and searches can be filtered by tag, section, material, date, and machine.

The B_import module can be used to call up a tube or multitube assembly in STEP or IGES formats to obtain theoretical coordinates automatically.
