Flow Former, Burnisher machines from Hydrapower designed for pole production

Hydrapower Intl. Inc. has developed two machines designed to speed production of lighting, utility, traffic signal, and decorative poles.
The Flow Former produces the poles, handling an extensive range of profiles. The Burnisher, built on the same base, processes poles over a mandrel, and the rollers raise the poles’ structural strength to meet ASTM specs. Various mandrels enable the burnishing of conical and polygon poles.
The machines are controlled by a Siemens 840D multiaxis CNC.
