Nozzle changer added to large-table-capacity laser system

LVD Co. nv offers its optional nozzle changer on its Impuls 6020 CO2 laser cutting systems. Featuring storage for 10 nozzles, the option helps reduce piercing times and increase overall throughput on laser systems with large table capacity.

As materials and thicknesses change throughout the production day, the machine selects the most suitable nozzle for each job. Requiring no operator intervention, the nozzle changer performs nozzle changes, cleans the nozzle, and checks nozzle alignment.
