M-TECS 120 and 230 magnetic clamping systems added to Hilma quick die and mold change catalog

Hilma, a division of Carr Lane Roemheld, has introduced a new edition of its quick die and mold change catalog. In addition to a variety of clamps and lifters, cylinders, power units, and valve packages, the catalog now highlights magnetic clamping systems for plastic and rubber molding machines.

The clamping systems’ new long-pole and square-pole technology, or a combination of both, provides a consistent clamping force and safe sensor monitoring for the entire clamping cycle. The flexible systems—M-TECS 120 and M-TECS 230—offer quick change of different size molds in 3 to 5 min.
